Overnight yeasted waffles

Ingredients
  • 1 cup white whole wheat flour
  • 1/3 cup powdered milk
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon instant yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 scant cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions
  1. Whisk together dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients and mix well.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight, 8–24 hours.
  3. Bake in waffle iron.
