Balsamic chicken

Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3-4 chicken portions
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 14.5-ounce cans tomatoes
  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in medium pan and brown chicken, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  2. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer until chicken is cooked through. Serve over pasta.
