Stir fry sauce

Ingredients
  • 2/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 6 tablespoons cold water
  • sesame oil

Instructions
  1. Combine first three ingredients in a small saucepan. Heat until sugar dissolves. 
  2. Combine cornstarch, ginger, and water in a small bowl; add to saucepan. 
  3. Bring to a boil and simmer to desired thickness. Stir in a few drops of sesame oil.
