Schoolhouse chili

Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 large onion
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 28-ounce can tomatoes
  • 2 15-ounce cans kidney beans, drained
  • 1/4 cup chili powder
  • 1-2 teaspoons salt

Instructions
  1. Cook ground beef, onion, and garlic. Drain.
  2. Add remaining ingredients.
  3. Simmer, stirring occasionally, 2–5 hours.
