Rigatoni and tomatoes

Ingredients
  • 3 cups uncooked rigatoni
  • 3 tomatoes, chopped OR 1 14-ounce can tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil OR 2 teaspoons dried basil
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
  1. Cook pasta. 
  2. Toss with remaining ingredients.
