- 1 pound pork, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 onion, chopped
- ½ bunch cilantro, chopped
- 1 can El Pato tomato sauce
- Cook pork. Add onion and cilantro; cook until onion is tender.
- Add tomato sauce; simmer 15 minutes.
- Serve with corn tortillas and sour cream.
