Gazpacho

Ingredients
  • 4 cups tomatoes
  • 1 green pepper
  • 3 stalks celery
  • 1 cucumber
  • ½ onion
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup tomato juice
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
  1. Chop vegetables.
  2. Combine all ingredients. Let sit at room temperature before serving.
