White sandwich bread

Ingredients
  • 2½ cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup dry milk
  • ¾ cup water
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons instant yeast

Instructions
  1. Combine dry ingredients in mixer bowl.
  2. Combine wet ingredients in large measuring cup.
  3. Add wet ingredients to dry; mix.
  4. Knead on speed 2, adding more flour if needed.
  5. Let rise; form into loaf.
  6. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  7. Let rise again.
  8. Bake for 35-45 minutes.

Makes 1 8” loaf.
