Mango bread pudding

Ingredients
  • 3 slices bread, cubed
  • 1 mango, diced
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a small casserole dish.
  2. Put bread and mango in casserole dish.
  3. Whisk together remaining ingredients and pour over bread.
  4. Bake 45-50 minutes.
