Lemon loaf cake

Ingredients
  • 1¾ cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup oil
  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon lemon extract
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract

Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour loaf pan.
  2. Combine dry ingredients. Add remaining ingredients; beat until smooth.
  3. Pour into pan; bake 40 minute.
  4. Cool 10 minutes; turn from pan. Dust with powdered sugar, if desired.
