Swiss round steak

Ingredients
  • ¼ cup flour
  • 2 teaspoons dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 3 lbs. round steak
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 4-oz. can mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
  1. Combine flour, mustard, salt, and pepper. Pound into steak.
  2. Brown steak on both sys in hot oil.
  3. Drain mushrooms, reserving liquid. Add water to make ½ cup. Add liquid and Worcestershire sauce to skillet.
  4. Cover tightly and cook over low heat for 1¼ hours.
  5. Add mushrooms and heat through.
