Pita chips

Ingredients
  • 6 whole pita breads
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon basil or cumin

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Split each bread in half, then cut into 8 wedges. Place on greased baking sheet.
  3. Combine oil and spices. Brush on each wedge.
  4. Bake 7 minutes, watching closely.
