Green chili rice

Ingredients
  • ¾ cup white rice
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 4-ounce cans chopped green chiles
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon dry mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions
  1. Cook rice.
  2. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  3. Combine the soup, sour cream, chiles, and spices in a bowl. Add rice.
  4. Transfer to a 1½-quart baking dish. Top with cheese.
  5. Bake uncovered 20 minutes.

Serves 4-6.
