Giant sandwich

Ingredients
  • 1 loaf French bread

Turkey-Avocado
  • 8 ounces sliced turkey
  • 1 large avocado, mashed with salt and lemon juice
  • 1 large tomato, sliced
  • sliced Swiss cheese
  • alfalfa sprouts
  • salt
  • pepper
  • mayonnaise

Club
  • 8 ounces sliced meat
  • sliced Cheddar cheese
  • 1 large tomato, sliced
  • pickles
  • lettuce
  • salt
  • vinegar
  • mayonnaise

Rueben
  • 1 can sauerkraut
  • 8 ounces corned beef or pastrami
  • Thousand Island dressing
  • Swiss cheese

Instructions
  1. Slice top off loaf of bread. Pull out soft insides to make room for toppings.
  2. Spread both sides of bread with mayonnaise or salad dressing.
  3. Layer toppings strategically. Put top back on and slice.
