Fried rice

Ingredients
  • 3 cups cold cooked rice
  • ½ pound meat, cooked and shredded
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 carrot, grated

Instructions
  1. Combine each group of ingredients in separate bowls.
  2. Stir-fry egg mixture for 1 minute. Add cold rice. Add meat mixture.
  3. Add vegetable mixture and cook until heated through.

Serves 4.
