Chicken adobo soup

Ingredients
  • ⅓ cup soy sauce
  • ⅓ cup white vinegar
  • ½ head garlic, chopped
  • 1 bay leaf
  • ½ onion, chopped
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1½ cups shredded chicken
  • ½ cup small pasta
  • ½ head Chinese cabbage, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger

Instructions
  1. Bring soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, and bay leaf to a boil. Set aside.
  2. Sauté onion in oil.
  3. Add broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Add soy sauce mixture, rice, and chicken. Simmer 2 minutes.
  5. Add bok choy and simmer until tender.
