Cabbage roll casserole

Ingredients
  • ½ pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 8-ounce can tomato sauce
  • 1 pound cabbage, chopped
  • ½ cup uncooked white rice
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon beef bouillon

Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Brown and drain meat.
  3. Combine water and beef bouillon.
  4. Combine all remaining ingredients. Transfer to 3-quart casserole dish. Pour beef broth evenly over.
  5. Cover and bake for 1 hour. Stir.
  6. Bake for another 30 minutes.
