Beef stew

Ingredients
  • 3 onions
  • 1 3-pound beef roast, cubed
  • 8 potatoes
  • 3 carrots
  • ½ cup fresh parsley
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon beef bouillon
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 2 bay leaves
  • ½ teaspoon thyme
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
  1. Cook onions and meat in Dutch oven.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 1 hour.
