- 3 cups warm water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup cold water
Instructions
- Bring warm water and salt to a boil.
- Mix cornmeal and cold water in a small bowl.
- Gradually whisk cornmeal into boiling water. Cook until thick, stirring constantly.
