Overnight yeasted waffles

- 1 cup white whole wheat flour
- 1/3 cup powdered milk
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon instant yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 scant cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- Whisk together dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients and mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight, 8–24 hours.
- Bake in waffle iron.
