- 2 cups flour
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- 3/4 cup milk
Filling Ingredients
- 2 pounds tomatoes, sliced
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Combine the pie crust ingredients.
- Roll out the bottom crust and place in pan.
- Combine mayonnaise and lemon juice. Layer filling ingredients in pie.
- Cover with top crust and finish crust. Cut holes in top.
- Bake 20–25 minutes.
