Schoolhouse chocolate cake

Ingredients

• 2 cups flour
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 2/3 cup cocoa
• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 1/2 cups milk
• 2 tablespoons vinegar
• 1/3 cup vegetable oil
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Beat all ingredients on low until just combined. Beat on high 2 minutes.
3. Pour into greased, floured pans
4. Bake 30 minutes for 8" or 9" round pans, longer for a bigger cake.
