Stir fry sauce

- 2/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 6 tablespoons cold water
- sesame oil
Instructions
- Combine first three ingredients in a small saucepan. Heat until sugar dissolves.
- Combine cornstarch, ginger, and water in a small bowl; add to saucepan.
- Bring to a boil and simmer to desired thickness. Stir in a few drops of sesame oil.
