White sandwich bread

Makes 1 8” loaf.

- 2½ cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup dry milk
- ¾ cup water
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons instant yeast
Instructions
- Combine dry ingredients in mixer bowl.
- Combine wet ingredients in large measuring cup.
- Add wet ingredients to dry; mix.
- Knead on speed 2, adding more flour if needed.
- Let rise; form into loaf.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Let rise again.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes.
