Pumpkin pie

- 1 15-ounce can pumpkin
- 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ginger
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 single pie crust, unbaked
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Whisk together pumpkin, milk, eggs, and spices. Pour into crust.
- Bake 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees and bake 35-40 minutes.
- Done when knife inserted 1 inch from crust comes out clean.
- Store in refrigerator.
