Lemon loaf cake

- 1¾ cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 3 eggs
- ½ cup oil
- ½ cup lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon lemon extract
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour loaf pan.
- Combine dry ingredients. Add remaining ingredients; beat until smooth.
- Pour into pan; bake 40 minute.
- Cool 10 minutes; turn from pan. Dust with powdered sugar, if desired.
