Lemon crinkle cookies

- ¾ cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon lemon extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 cups flour
- ½ cup sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease 3 cookie sheets.
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg, corn syrup, lemon extract, baking soda, and baking powder. Stir in flour.
- Roll dough into walnut-sized balls; roll in sugar.
- Bake 12 minutes.
