Tangy honey-glazed ham

- 1¼ cups packed brown sugar
- ⅓ cup pineapple juice
- ⅓ cup honey
- ⅓ cup orange juice
- zest of one orange
- ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 10 pounds cooked ham
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- In a small pan, combine all ingredients except ham. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Simmer for 5-10 minutes; set aside.
- Bake ham uncovered in preheated oven for 2 hours.
- Brush ham with glaze.
- Bake ham for 30-40 minutes, brushing with glaze every 10 minutes.
