Swiss round steak

- ¼ cup flour
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 3 lbs. round steak
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 4-oz. can mushrooms
- 1 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Combine flour, mustard, salt, and pepper. Pound into steak.
- Brown steak on both sys in hot oil.
- Drain mushrooms, reserving liquid. Add water to make ½ cup. Add liquid and Worcestershire sauce to skillet.
- Cover tightly and cook over low heat for 1¼ hours.
- Add mushrooms and heat through.
