Skillet corn bread

Serves 2-4.
- ¼ cup flour
- ¼ cup cornmeal
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- pinch salt
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 tablespoon oil
Instructions
- Combine dry ingredients.
- Combine wet ingredients.
- Add wet ingredients to dry; stir until just moistened.
- Grease and heat 8” skillet over low heat.
- Pour batter in and cook 4-5 minutes. Turn and cook 4 minutes longer.
Serves 2-4.
