Roasted Brussels sprouts

Serves 2-4.

- 1½ pounds Brussels sprouts
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Combine all ingredients.
- Put on baking sheet.
- Roast 30-45 minutes, shaking every 5-7 minutes. Reduce heat if necessary. Should be a very dark brown.
