Fried rice

Serves 4.
- 3 cups cold cooked rice
- ½ pound meat, cooked and shredded
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 carrot, grated
Instructions
- Combine each group of ingredients in separate bowls.
- Stir-fry egg mixture for 1 minute. Add cold rice. Add meat mixture.
- Add vegetable mixture and cook until heated through.
