Chicken adobo soup

- ⅓ cup soy sauce
- ⅓ cup white vinegar
- ½ head garlic, chopped
- 1 bay leaf
- ½ onion, chopped
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1½ cups shredded chicken
- ½ cup small pasta
- ½ head Chinese cabbage, chopped
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger
Instructions
- Bring soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, and bay leaf to a boil. Set aside.
- Sauté onion in oil.
- Add broth and bring to a boil.
- Add soy sauce mixture, rice, and chicken. Simmer 2 minutes.
- Add bok choy and simmer until tender.
