Black bean and corn salad

- 1/3 cup lime juice
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 15-ounce cans black beans, rinsed and drained or ½ pound black beans, cooked
- 1 15-ounce can corn
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 bunch green onions, sliced
- ½ cup cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Combine lime juice, olive oil, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and salt in a jar. Shake to combine.
- Combine remaining ingredients in medium bowl. Add dressing. Mix to combine.
