Cornmeal mush

Ingredients
  • 3 cups warm water 
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt 
  • 1 cup cornmeal 
  • 1 cup cold water

Instructions
  1. Bring warm water and salt to a boil. 
  2. Mix cornmeal and cold water in a small bowl. 
  3. Gradually whisk cornmeal into boiling water. Cook until thick, stirring constantly.

Serves 4.
