- 4 pounds pork
- 4 8-ounce cans tomato sauce
- 2 8-ounce cans El Pato tomato sauce
- 2 cups brown sugar
- Place pork in slow cooker or Dutch oven.
- Combine remaining ingredients and pour over pork.
- Cover and cook on low 8–10 hours or at 350 degrees F for about 30 minutes per pound plus an extra 30 minutes, to an internal temperature of 160 degrees F.
- Remove meat and shred or chop; return to sauce until serving time. Serve on buns or over rice.
