Pumpkin pie

Ingredients
  • 1 15-ounce can pumpkin
  • 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ginger
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 single pie crust, unbaked

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Whisk together pumpkin, milk, eggs, and spices. Pour into crust.
  3. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees and bake 35-40 minutes.
  4. Done when knife inserted 1 inch from crust comes out clean.
  5. Store in refrigerator.
