Lemon crinkle cookies

Ingredients
  • ¾ cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons corn syrup
  • 1 teaspoon lemon extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 cups flour
  • ½ cup sugar

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease 3 cookie sheets.
  2. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg, corn syrup, lemon extract, baking soda, and baking powder. Stir in flour.
  3. Roll dough into walnut-sized balls; roll in sugar.
  4. Bake 12 minutes.
