Tangy honey-glazed ham

Ingredients
  • 1¼ cups packed brown sugar
  • ⅓ cup pineapple juice
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • ⅓ cup orange juice
  • zest of one orange
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 10 pounds cooked ham

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. In a small pan, combine all ingredients except ham. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Simmer for 5-10 minutes; set aside.
  3. Bake ham uncovered in preheated oven for 2 hours.
  4. Brush ham with glaze.
  5. Bake ham for 30-40 minutes, brushing with glaze every 10 minutes.
