Roasted Brussels sprouts

Ingredients
  • 1½ pounds Brussels sprouts
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Combine all ingredients.
  3. Put on baking sheet.
  4. Roast 30-45 minutes, shaking every 5-7 minutes. Reduce heat if necessary. Should be a very dark brown.
