Orange mango chicken

Ingredients
  • 2 pieces chicken
  • 1/4 teaspoon thyme
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
  • 1 mango, diced
  • ½ teaspoon ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions
  1. Cook chicken; remove from pan.
  2. Combine all remaining ingredients except cornstarch and water; simmer.
  3. Mix cornstarch with water; add to sauce.
  4. Add chicken to pan; heat through.
  5. Serve over rice.
