Creamed spinach

Ingredients
  • 1 10-ounce package frozen chopped spinach
  • 2 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup warm milk

Instructions
  1. Cook spinach in microwave and drain well.
  2. Fry bacon. Cook onions in bacon drippings.
  3. Stir in flour, salt, pepper, and garlic to make a paste.
  4. Add milk gradually to make a white sauce. Heat and stir until smooth and thick.
  5. Add spinach.
