- 1 10-ounce package frozen chopped spinach
- 2 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup warm milk
- Cook spinach in microwave and drain well.
- Fry bacon. Cook onions in bacon drippings.
- Stir in flour, salt, pepper, and garlic to make a paste.
- Add milk gradually to make a white sauce. Heat and stir until smooth and thick.
- Add spinach.
