Cornmeal mush

Ingredients
  • 1½ cups warm water
  • pinch salt
  • ½ cup cornmeal
  • ½ cup cold water

Instructions
  1. Bring warm water and salt to a boil.
  2. Mix cornmeal and cold water in a small bowl.
  3. Gradually stir cornmeal into boiling water. Cook, stirring constantly, until thick.

Serves 2.
