Black beans and rice

Ingredients
  • 1 cup white rice
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
  • ½ cup black beans, cooked (or one can)
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • ½ bunch cilantro
  • 1 can diced tomatoes

Instructions
  1. Combine rice, water, cumin, garlic powder, oregano, and bouillon in saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. Add beans, lime juice, cilantro, and tomatoes. Heat through.
