Black bean and corn salad

Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup lime juice
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 15-ounce cans black beans, rinsed and drained or ½ pound black beans, cooked
  • 1 15-ounce can corn
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 bunch green onions, sliced
  • ½ cup cilantro, chopped

Instructions
  1. Combine lime juice, olive oil, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and salt in a jar. Shake to combine.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients in medium bowl. Add dressing. Mix to combine.
