Rigatoni and tomatoes

- 3 cups uncooked rigatoni
- 3 tomatoes, chopped OR 1 14-ounce can tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil OR 2 teaspoons dried basil
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook pasta.
- Toss with remaining ingredients.
