Muesli bars

- 2 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup soy flour
- 1/2 cup powdered milk
- 1/2 cup wheat germ
- 1/2 cup nuts
- 1/2 cup dried apples, chopped
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup honey
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Grease a 9 x 13" pan.
- Combine all ingredients through salt in a large bowl.
- Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan. Heat until blended, but do not boil.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients.
- Pat into prepared pan.
- Bake about 25 minutes, or just until edges begin to brown.
- Cool 10 minutes in pan. Cut into bars. Remove from pan when cool enough to handle and cool on wire rack.
