Gazpacho

- 4 cups tomatoes
- 1 green pepper
- 3 stalks celery
- 1 cucumber
- ½ onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 cup tomato juice
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- ½ teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Chop vegetables.
- Combine all ingredients. Let sit at room temperature before serving.
