Swedish rice porridge

- 1 cup white rice
- 1 cup water
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 cups milk
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- ⅓ cup raisins
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- Bring rice, water, and cinnamon to a boil. Simmer 10-15 minutes, or until water is absorbed.
- Add milk, sugar, raisins, and vanilla. Simmer 45 minutes.
