Instructions
Serves 4.
- 1 pound chicken, chopped in bite-size pieces
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ bunch cilantro, chopped
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 2 cups bean sprouts
- 1 lime, cut in wedges
- 8 ounces rice noodles
Ingredient List 2
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons crushed red pepper
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Instructions
- Chop and prepare all ingredients.
- Combine all ingredients in list 2 in a bowl.
- Soak noodles according to package instructions.
- In very large pan or wok, cook chicken in oil. Add garlic.
- Add ingredients from list 2.
- Drain and add noodles. Add sprouts, onions, and cilantro.
- Serve with lime wedges.
